Online yoga
You can choose any of the three themed programmes already recorded, or practise regularly with the recorded online lessons I taught for 16 months in a row.

How it works
Practising with me, Tanya Piven, has become really simple: just subscribe to my Patreon, choose a membership and start practising. Payment is automatic, and you can cancel at any time. Everything works as usual on Patreon.
You can follow the video courses I recorded: there are three complete, carefully designed programmes.
If you are wondering which course to start with, I still recommend the first one, because the programme doesn’t repeat itself. That applies to the asanas, the meditations and the topics of the live sessions (parables, homework, dedication of merit and setting the intention for practice). The foundation was laid in the first month, followed by a logical progression in the live sessions and meditations. All of this is already available on Patreon.
The idea behind this online project
These are pre-recorded classes, so everyone can practise whenever it suits them. A live format would not work well because of different time zones, occupations and work schedules, and if you add individual women’s cycles on top, meeting at all becomes impossible. So I see the best option as a mode of mutual involvement, responsibility, openness and contact.
What videos to expect?
These are 15–40-minute sequences you can do at any time of day. Above all they treat the spine veeery gently (so they are not for “Olympic reserve yogis”). My aim is to give the spine back its strength and flexibility and to feel and build up the core. Over time the asana programme will grow.
Let’s start right now, as we are today. (When filming began, for example, I was far from my ideal weight: still 6 kg more after giving birth and breastfeeding.) You don’t need to prepare in any way either. Be yourself and start enjoying movement, restoring contact with yourself if it has been pushed aside!

Who this course is for
At the moment the course is designed primarily for those who:
- practise on and off (for various reasons);
- have no time for 1.5–2-hour yoga classes or studio visits;
- are recovering after giving birth, breastfeeding or on maternity leave;
- are rehabilitating their back after injuries or have been advised by doctors to do gentle exercise without overexertion or risky elements;
- want to get back into the habit of enjoyable physical activity;
- want to balance their inner state;
- want to learn to relax and slow down, to get away from hustle, fatigue and overstrain.
Task number one
The quality of the videos and editing will improve over time, just as we will! So, to record your starting point, task number one: take photos of yourself before the course begins (so you can see your progress later): your whole body from the side and the front, and your face. Also write down in a journal your emotional state and your request (why you want to practise and what you want to achieve). Keep these photos for yourself; there is no need to send them to me.
You will get 10 yoga classes (over a 30-day month that is one every three days: an intensive!), plus 8 live sessions (spontaneous recorded talks, not on Facebook but just for you) with reflections on important topics, theoretical basics and answers to your questions (please don’t hesitate to write to me directly), and 5 meditations (in the second package).
What the classes are like
